Shipping costs are calculated once per order and depend on your geographical location. Look in the table below to which zone your country belongs. Any additional customs and customs clearance costs will be for the recipient.

After receiving the payment, your order will be delivered within 3-4 working days. In the unlikely event of a delay, we will let you know as soon as possible.
For our rugs, furniture and custom-made cushions, a delivery time of 9 weeks applies. When your product is ready for shipment, we will send you a confirmation email or schedule a delivery appointment.
At NAHKA we work with various carriers, depending on the size of the object to be sent. All products to be ordered directly in the web shop are transported with the DPD Group.
RETURNS*
Satisfied with your order? Great!
Or not quite what you had imagined? You can cancel your order by email within 14 days after purchase.
To return your item(s) we give you another 14 days. If you make use of your right of revocation, the article / articles and all delivered accessories and – if reasonably possible – in the original condition and packaging must be returned to NAHKA BV. To release the environmental impact, we will send you a return label by email.
To ensure that the handling runs smoothly, we would like to receive the following information from you with your return notification:
- Your order number
- Your name
- Which item(s) you wish to return
- A statement would be great but is not obligated, we simply like to learn more about our product.
Upon receipt of the return shipment, we will refund the amount of your purchase to your account within 7 days, provided that the product has been received in mint condition. The costs for return shipment are for your own account and are equal to the shipping costs already paid.
If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to try the product, we can pass on this depreciation of the product to you. Please treat the product with care and make sure that it is well packaged when returning.
REFUNDS
Upon receipt of the return shipment, we will refund the amount of your purchase to your account within 7 days, provided that the product has been received in mint condition. The costs for return shipment are for your own account and are equal to the shipping costs already paid.
If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to try the product, we can pass on this depreciation of the product to you. Please treat the product with care and make sure that it is well packaged when returning.
EXCHANGE*
Do you prefer a different product, color or size? No problem! Send an email to [email protected] stating you wish to return your item and mention your order number. The return label will be sent to you by email. After receiving your package, we will ensure that the total amount of your purchase is refunded to your account.
You can then easily order the item of your preference again on our website!
